Park Hopper Pass and Capacity

If I have a park hopper pass and I'm there for NYE and the parks are filled to capacity, can I still park hop? Our first New Years in the World! Can't wait!:sohappy:

they have different levels of closing. Shutting down to park hoppers is one of the last ones I think. I've been there the last 5 years for New Year's Eve and have been able to use the Park Hopper every time but there are parts of trh day when it will not be possible. It is usually only the Magic Kingdom that gets that full.

Generally. if you can find a way to the turnstiles, you can get it. Phase 4 (No Mas!) closings are pretty rare and last for a very short amount of time.

You can certainly "hop" our of the park - but whether you'll "hop" into the next park is in the lap of the gods. Last New Years Eve, BOTH MK + EPCOT closed mid morning.

Are you staying on property ?? Resort guests are the only ones allowed in at Stage 3 closure (stage 4 - nobody gets in).

My advice - choose your park carefully and stay there all day until the NYE celebrations

It depends on the level of closure. The CMs at the turnstiles of the park you are presently in will tell you if you can get back in or not.

Phased closing levels:

Phase 1: Guests with MYW base tickets, one day tickets, guests with no admission, and CMs using a main gate are turned around at the Auto Plaza.

Phase 2: Only resort guests, AP/PAP, Park Hoppers, guests re-entering the same park admitted, ONLY if using a taxi or resort transportation. (Auto Plaza is closed)

Phase 3: Only resort guests and AP/PAP admitted. (Only resort transportation)

Phase 4: Closed to all guests. (No incoming transportation)

Like i said, if you can find a way to the turnstiles, you'll probably get in.
