As for DLP closing at 6pm is this the actual parks? You cant go on any rides after say 530pm? but Disney village open all night? What can I do there if alone and no hotel there?

Depends when you go. WDSP may close at 6pm. Season dependent. Disneyland Parc closes as late as 11pm in the summer (for all guests)

I just visited TDR for the first time a week ago. Not to sound like a party pooper but I thought it was somewhat overrated, based on everything I’d heard on Disney forums for so long, particularly Disney Sea. Tokyo Disneyland is a great park, up there with the two American ones, but Disney Sea didn’t live up to the hype for me. Not many attractions and the park reminded me of Universal the whole time I was there (they even have the globe at the gate)

It did seem like attraction maintenance outclassed the American parks though. I only counted one show element broken the whole time I was there and I can’t even remember what it was.
