Parents visting for 1 day - what to do?

My boyfriend and I decided to spend the whole week in Disney, instead of most days in Disney and a few in Cocoa where my parents live (it's hard to fit Disney fun into 4 or 5 days)...
So my parents are coming to see us one of the days we planned an off-day from the parks. I was thinking we could do mini-golf in the afternoon, then we have dinner ressies at the Wave, and after dinner I was thinking we could watch wishes from Poly. Any other ideas out there? We're looking for any ideas that don't require as much time on our feet as the parks do.

Hop on the monorail and show them the GF and Contemporary resorts. they should love them!!

I agree with Resort hopping, if you didn't want to visit DTD, - some of the shops at the Mono resorts are lovely eg: the Wyland Gallery at the Poly (or the one at the Boardwalk). If you are at Fantasia Gardens, have a walk through the Swan to the Boardwalk - you could do a boatride round trip to HS, Epcot and back to the Boardwalk, or the Beachclub for an ice cream at Beaches and Cream.
