Parents surprised me with a Be Our Guest reservation under their name. Will there be a problem?

They made the reservation for the 4 of us (my parents, me, and my husband), but they probably wont be attending. The reservation is under their account but our names are listed on the reservation. Will we have any trouble getting into the restaurant?

Out of curiosity u say they may not attend. I don't know if 2 out of 4 show up if the 2 that didn't show will be charged $10. U may want to check.

It would be their second time at the restaurant and they are not sure if they want to go again. They want to wait it see how they feel that day. I don't think they would mind getting charged an extra fee. My worry is not being able to get in with peoples missing.

If you're worried (although it seems you don't have to be) you could see if there's availability for 2 people at the same time and then just switch.

No extra fee will be charged if they don't go and only the 2 of you show up. You are still honouring the reservation. If no one goes, then you will be charged the 10/person no show fee. We have had this happen ourselves where the reservation was for 4 but only 2 of us went. They don't even bat an eye. Just tell the CMs at the podium that there will only be 2 of you instead of 4 and enjoy your meal. It is a beautiful setting.

The most you will need is the name of the person who made the reservation, that person doesn't have to be there.

I've checked in for reservations made by others in our group all the time.

But as others have suggested, make sure you have the reservation confirmation number.
