My dad and I did it for my birthday this past August. When we went, it was POURING but we still went up. Despite getting drenched, we had an amazing time.

It is very smooth, and you feel like your flying. I brought a waterproof camera and got some photos of Bay Lake, although with the dark clouds they didn't come out as well as I'd hoped. We would love to do it again (without rain).

I don't know the price (since it was a present, I didn't ask) but I think it's about $100/person, and about $170/tandem. It's not run by Disney, but rather Sammy Duval's - but the people that run it are very professional and very nice.

I highly recommend it!

EDIT: Here's their website with prices: http://www.sammyduvall.com/parasailing.htm
