I'm leaving for Disney this week and I wanted to see if I could losely plan my days in advance. Does anyone know of a link where I can find times of parades/shows??? I looked on the offical Disney site and I couldn't find any times. I'm afraid I'll have to wait until I get to the parks and I will be way overwhelmed. I figured someone here has to know something. Thanks in advance!

One bit of great Epcot entertainment that often gets overlooked is Miyuki, the candy artist in Japan. She takes a golf ball-sized lump of molten rice candy, and, in about a minute, sculpts it into a dragon, a hummingbird, a tiger, or any number of other animals. She only uses scissors and a paintbrush with food coloring. If you have kids, get there early; she might let them choose an animal for her to sculpt, then she'll present them with the (free!) candy sculpture at the end of the show. I'd highly recommend trying to catch at least one of her shows, if you can. She performs at a little stand near the lagoon-side entrance to Mitsokoshi Department Store.
