Do the Magic Kingdom's, Hollywood Studio's and Animal Kingdom's daily parades all start at 3 pm? What time would you see the Electrical Water Pageant at the Polynesian and do they have it every night?

It depends on the time of the year you go. But for the most part, DDCT (MK) and BPB (DHS) start at 3pm. MJJP (AK) starts at 4pm.

Soares' site is a great source. But it listed the water pageant as 10:25 last week, and I saw it around 9:30. Maybe they did it again at 10:25 after I left the Poly; I don't know.

The water pageant times vary depending on which resort you're at and depending on when wishes is. It's usually after wishes. I've caught it at the Poly at around 9:30pm.
