I was simply trying to figure out a schedule that would work for us since I know my kids would be super tired by the since they will be up early that morningMy point was that the OP seemed to imply that some days it was at a different time, which surprised me since it's usually at 3. I didn't know it could be different over spring break.

thanks we will be doing this on our last day at mkAs stated earlier, get set up by the train station. Parade won't reach you until 3:20-ish or so, by the time the parade is finished there, it will be closer to 4pm. Just be prepared, like I mentioned earlier, that the 3pm parade is the "finishing chapter" on most families morning/afternoon and it's a giant mass of humanity that follows the parade from Frontierland all the way to the exit of the park. So you may want to see what you can of the parade and hit the road before it's over and the crowds get to the exit.
