Paper Tickets....

I recently bought tickets from undercovertourist.com and they sent me paper tickets!! I was wondering if I can exchange these at the hotel (staying at the Dolphin) or at the gate to one of the parks for a plastic one??? I don't want the paper ones to rip or anything.... Thanks for your help

You should be able to, but you will more than likely need to do it at guest services at one of the parks.

They'll probably allow you to switch them. The paper tickets don't rip easily. They even go through the washing machine and come out solid.

The problem I had with them is that they would always just stop working for no reason. Disney pounded it into the employees' heads that it was the customer's fault. We'd put it too close to phones or other credit cards or whatever and THAT was the reason they stopped working.

It wasn't true, but no matter what, the staff would always blame you. Even if you told them you hadn't done that, they'd make a comment or look at you like you were dumb or a liar, lol.

If you're stuck with the paper and it stops working and you get blamed, don't even bother trying to explain. They have been told so often that it is your fault that they won't believe it isn't. Just go get a replacement.

The plastic ones work beautifully! Try to get them if you can.
