So, we're going on our first WDW trip in December 2017. :dogdance: Yay!!! We're a family of 6. The kids are two boys (14 and 13) and two girls (7 and 7).

I'm planning to get these roll-up pants for the kids, but I'm just not sure how many we need for each kid. The pants only come in two colors, khaki and navy blue. I've decided on these because they can roll up and button to become shorts. This way the kids will be okay whether it's a crazy warm day or a ridiculously cold night.

How many would you get??? Do you bring a different pair of pants for each day???

Guess it depends on how long you are staying. If you don't want to do laundry, one pant per day should be fine. If you are ok with doing a load or two on a quieter day, then I would say enough for half the trip

With all the walking around, you will most likely not want to re-wear the same pant more than once.

If you are planning on long park days it will be pretty hard to fit in doing laundry. By the time you get back to your resort you won't want to wait for a washer and dryer to finish before you could go to bed. I would get a pair for each day.

Now if you happen to be staying off site you may have a washer and dryer in your resort room. We stayed off site a couple years and had a resort that was several bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen and washer and dryer. That was nice. I packed a few days worth of clothes only and threw a wash load in when we returned each night, threw it in the dryer each morning before we left and it was ready when we got home each evening. We only had to take a few suitcases on the plane (family of 10...potential for lots of luggage other wise). If you do have laundry in room, I would say one pair to wear, one in the wash and one in the dryer. That way you could keep the constant wash and wear cycle going.
