They'd need enough attractions in Tier 1 that most people could get a FP in that category.

I'd imagine Flight of Passage, Safari, Everest, Rivers of Light, and maybe the Avatar boat ride would be in Tier 1.

registration is open for 10 days of annual passholder previews of Pandora: the World of AVATAR between May 13th and May 22nd, 2017.

Just got the email and signed up, will post more details when I can pull some screenshots.

Does anyone have any experience with these types of previews? I know it is "limited" but how will crowds be? Should we expect decent waits for the rides?

I'm in for May 13th from 12-2. The site kept crashing. There were three time slots available for APs. I'm not sure if it's any different for DVC. The site seems to be working now so it shouldn't be any trouble getting reservations.

Disney Vacation Club® Members can pre-register by making an online reservation for one in-park preview time slot. Event capacity is limited. Please note the number of reservations for this event is limited and subject to availability. There is no additional charge for this in-park preview with valid theme park admission.

Please note: as this is an early exploration, access to specific activations and some areas of the Valley of Mo’ara within Pandora may be limited during your visit.

The event is open to Disney Vacation Club® Members and the number of guests on their booked reservation.
