Who's the big spender?
Right?! Maybe they didn't have enough cash for MK and didn't want to completely cheap out on DHS.And why on earth would they pick animal kingdom?
Any company that can rent out sections of a park has some serious cash flow and having a very good year. And a great way to celebrate at WDW!Right?! Maybe they didn't have enough cash for MK and didn't want to completely cheap out on DHS.
Because they couldn't afford DHS or MK and wanted to have a part of a park for themselves no matter the cost. ;-pAnd why on earth would they pick animal kingdom?
Does anybody know how often they've done this in the past (at any of the parks)? And do we think it's going to be more common?
If memory serves, it happens a few times a year.Does anybody know how often they've done this in the past (at any of the parks)? And do we think it's going to be more common?
What after hours event has had only 3,000 people in the last 20 years? It's probably cheaper to rent out a park than people might think.
Disney sells After Hours events that generate (estimating) 3,000 people x $150 = $450,000.
That's small change for many large companies.

I stopped going to MVMCP a decade ago when it seemed the crowd was around 30,000.Attendance at the After Hours evenings has been estimated to be in that range.
Not the Halloween or Christmas parties which are higher.
It’s still not that high. I insist you count again. I like to give Mickey tats to avoid double-counting.I stopped going to MVMCP a decade ago when it seemed the crowd was around 30,000.
Well, better late than never, I guess...
Commiseration to all those who planned full days in AK tomorrow.
Any word on what they did to the guests who used to have FP+s during those closure times?
