Page navigation buttons missing from top of thread pages on mobile site

If I recall correctly, the mobile site used to have page navigation buttons at both the top and the bottom of thread pages (as the desktop site does), but they are missing now, so you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to go to the next page or wherever you want to go. Could they be added back to the top?
