Does anyone know the name of the Outlet Mall on 535 near the Wal Mart?

If you mean the Walmart on the corner of 535 and W. Osceola I'm guessing you mean the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

There are two BIG outlet malls near WDW.

The closest (about 5 mins from Downtown Disney) is this one

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, across from WalMart, is smaller, but in some ways that's a plus. Crowds/parking are not an issue, unlike the otherbig malls. I find the staff tend to be friendlier as well. Off the top of my head, there is a Hilfiger, Izod, VF (includes many brands, e.g. Nautica and Wrangler), a small Disney outlet, Old Navy, Nike, Reebok...

No they have different shops, although you will find some stores that are in both locations. It is worth-while going to both if you have time.
