Our Pseudo-final Dining Reservations

So considering we're less than 2 weeks from the 180 day mark til our vacation begins, I sat down my partner in crime to decide on where we wanted to make dining reservations for. This is what we came up with for Dec 7th - 13th:

Mon 8th: Kona Cafe Dinner
Wed 10th: Chef Mickey's Breakfast
Friday 12th: Le Cellier Steakhouse Dinner

She also noted that she wanted to eat lunch at Earl of Sandwich. Looking at the place I doubt its the type you have to make ADR's for but please correct me if I am wrong. We were planning on stopped there and Ghiradelli(sp) when we go to DTD.

I may make a Cinderella's Royale Table ADR. We were gonna just do 3 ADR's but it might be nice to have the ADR there in case we decide to use it as our trip gets closer. If we don't need it we can cancel before our trip.

What do you guys think?

Also, How exactly is the 180 days calculated? Is it rounded up or down? I usually use this website to find out how long until my trip:

Can anyone guide me when the soonest I could call to book the aforementioned ADR's would be?

Just complete it for your arrival date and it tells you what date you can book from

Earl of Sandwich does not have ADRs. You can generally walk in and get served within 5 minutes on a busy day. Finding a private table might be difficult but sharing is good!

I didn't know Ghiradelli had ADRs...if they do, it would be wise to get one. That place is forever packed

I wasn't trying to imply Ghiradelli had ADR's...as far as I know they don't. I was just implying we would stop in for some ice cream after going to Earl of Sandwich.
