sorry....I went to the "members" page and started listing everyone that had posted more than 400 times..... the list got too long so I just posted the top ten by subscribe date and those who had more than 1K posts......I left off DisJosh on the hand written list that I made.....my apology included the evidence of my miscue.....(the paper list that I scaned......

I thought you were starting a thread about all of us "old folks!" You were just looking at when everyone came over from the "old" forum. And yes, I was on the "old" forum, but was still a "newbie." It switched over a week or two after I registered, I think. That's the only reason I was able to become a "top" poster! Lots of people have been around a lot longer than I; they just don't post as frequently anymore.

And Coronado, you have WAY too much time on your hands!

DisJosh, I still remember "meeting" you in the old chat room last summer...you wanted to know why so many "adults" had time to post/chat around here! I'm still not sure we have an answer.

I can´t remember much from the old forums... I have no clue of when I registered there, but I do remember that when I came back from vacation and logged back again on the forums, they were changed to these new ones! So I registered again!

Yeah..both forums were up for awhile.....a message saying "new forums are up, go get a good nickname" was up.

Well, I had registered on a previous version of the forums back in the 90's somewhere when Steve first put them up but I later joined an email group that he had (not sure if it's still around) and sort of forgot about the forums since it was all I could do to keep up with the 50-200 emails a day that came to my in-box from that group... After a few years, things started to fall apart in the group with everyone arguing and lots of new members being nasty and getting booted and so on so I decided to come back here to find a new forum with a new group of wonderful people that I was very glad to meet
