Oh gee... that's terrible!
I hope the manager who made the bike comment is fired. He deserves to be burned himself.
And if I were someone of importance at Disney, I would immediately cover all of the medical expenses and give her a lifetime pass to all Disney parks. Instead, the conpany will argue it wasn't their fault, blah blah blah, in court. Good grief.

This story is horrible. But it sounds like operator error with the torch. I'm pretty sure that "Chef" is no longer a Disney employee.
