So in the middle of my Disney planning and I've reached the stage of changing my ADRs 100 times before we go.
We had originally picked Fulton's Crab House but after so many mixed reviews, I don't think I want to risk 2 TS credits for a just okay meal... So I'm trying to decide whether to pick another Signature meal (already doing California Grill) or doing two 1 credit table service meals?? But I have a picky eater on my hands.
What are some 1 credit meals outside of the parks that a picky eater might enjoy?

I'm not sure it's 1 credit, or even if it's on the DDP (although I think it is), but T-Rex at DTD has something for everyone. I'm a pretty picky eater, along with my mom and aunt, and we've all enjoyed meals there on multiple occasions. It's kind of like Rainforest Cafe, only the food is better IMO, and it's themed to dinosaurs instead of the rainforest... obviously.

Fulton's is not all that bad. I am rather picky and so are other members of my family. It all depends on what one chooses for a meal and the extent that they are willing to go to ask the server about food prep, and what comes with the meal. The reviews I have seen about Fulton's seem to indicate that some people are never satisfied.
I'd keep Fulton's on the list.

We did Fulton's a few years ago. It was definitely beautiful to sit up there by the window looking at the water, but the food was underwhelming for the price in our opinion. We are looking at using 2 credits for a signature restaurant this time, and are leaning towards Narcoossee's.

To keep it in DTD, Wolfgang Puck?

That is pretty much what I've been hearing. It was nice but the food wasn't worth the price.
I'm open to anywhere really, as long as we are outside the parks.

hang on.. did they changed it? If I remember correctly.. Fulton was 1 point last year. o_O

I agree, nice view but the food isn't worth writing home about and way too expensive for the quality.
