A Princess hotel a castle like the Excalibur in Las Vegas

Big no to this. That leaves out half of the population seeing as Disney doesn't make prince movies; just side-kicks and oafish father figures for men. Would rather see less focus on princesses TBO.

A Jungle Cruise hotel might be good or Swiss Family Robinson

I would like the see a Haunted Mansion experience hotel. Similar to the proposed Star Wars hotel. With interactive characters, rooms, secret passages and such. Limit stays to 2 or 3 days.

I say a Starliner from Wall-E. "Too much garbage in your face? There's plenty of space out in space! BNL Starliners leaving each day. We'll clean up the mess while you're away." ―Voice in BNL's commercial

I'd love small boutique hotels in the various countries of Epcot with every room facing Illuminations.
I love this idea! The staff could all be nationals from those countries (like the restaurants and stores) to give it a genuine feel. I am a local AP, but even I would pay for a few nights "staycation" at a hotel like that.

How about a hotel resort based on all the movies Disney has made over the years each room could feature a theme from a movie like Old Yeller, Davy Crockett, Treasure Island, Johnny Tremain, gy Dog, Escape to Witch Mountain. etc etc. The list of movies is endlless. They could show these movies continuously in the lobby.

While no longer plausible I thought streets of America rooms would be cool. Themed to the hotels of those cities. Not possible, but I always thought It would be cool.

Even if it's not feasible, just blue sky, what do you think would make a great hotel experience?

I think the most obvious is Tower of Terror and I think there were rumors of at least having one room available, similar to the Cinderella Castle suite at one time.

Not Disney but I always thought the idea of a Jurassic Park/Jurassic World themed hotel would have been cool also.

I'd rather have a Tower nightclub/eatery. We already have a Tower hotel, after all... ;)

I'd like a Haunted Mansion-themed hotel, a Castle hotel, and a Pirates hotel. All three would lend themselves to some incredible theming and immersive guest experiences. But of course Disney will never do it. All efforts and money are going to Iger's acquisitions right now. :p

Don't they have some Pirate themed rooms you can request at one of the hotels? Also, the Caribbean Beach resort has a pirate themed swimming pool area at least.

So, to be clear, are we just talking about a hotel themed to a specific concept or a full blown interactive experience like what is planned for Star Wars? The former would be open to many things, but the latter would be much more difficult to pull off. I mean, I'd love a ToT or HM themed hotel, but I think it would be difficult to do an effective interactive experience for that (partially because different guests would have vastly different preference in terms of how scary versus funny to have it be).

In terms of IPs that I think would make a good idea for something interactive, I'd go with Indiana Jones. You could make up a concept and setting of being on an archaeological expedition and have a lot of period concepts for the 1930's/40's as well as have some supernatural elements in theory. You could even have some quirky hosts and get an Adventurers Club vibe.

Well, crap, now that I think of it, an Adventurers Club hotel interactive concept would actually be great. It would actually solve the "problem" that the AC had of people just coming for the show and not paying their share -- if everyone involved is paying for the room and experience and is invested in the show, it would be pretty cool.
