OT: Thank You to Awesome Guests

this july will be our seventh trip. there have been so many cast members that have solved problems, calmed frazzeled nerves, exceded expectations, entertained us, and made us feel like VIP's. thanks to all. the eternally cheerful bus driver, the ticket agent who arranged vip parade seating on our first visit, the toy story mania cm who slipped my son a bonus fastpass, the security officers that took report of lost child, and the akl lifeguard who rescued an elderly man who fainted in the pool. its why we keep going back and always stay onsite.

On our last visit I make a note of writing down the cast members name and what they did to make our visit special. When I got home i wrote Disney a letter recalling the CM member's name and how they helped to make our visit special or just went out of their way to help us. We met some great CM's. Of course, their were a lot of people I didn't have their names, but to all our bus drivers who were so kind and helpful with my husband who was on a scooter. They had to do extra work and we really appreciated that. The same with the monorail people who knew exactly where we needed to get off.
Yes, my husband is now a scooter person and if he could he would much rather prefer to walk the parks as he did for many, many years but because of health reasons he can't, but still loves to go to Disney.
