OT Laptops on Planes ?

I just got a laptop a few months ago and I want to bring it with me on my trip this week due to a long airport layover.

Quick Question: Can I use my laptop on the plane to watch a movie/listen to music once we reach 'cruising altitude' ? As long as my wireless is turned off, I would ASSUME it's ok? Please advise! :wave:

Yes, above 11,000 feet you are free to use it. Depending on which plane you are on, there might be regular outlets to plug it in (767's and 777's). Otherwise with sufficient battery life, enjoy to your hearts content.

Remember to have it out and separate at security.
