My Disney Visa payment was due today, and while the on-line payment service was working yesterday, it is not working today. If I pay by phone instead, does anyone know if there is a charge for that type of payment? Thank you.

I bet the Disney Visa Customer service agents can answer that question for you far better than we can.

We paid by phone for the Disney Visa last month and did not incur a separate charge.

i better not their systems are down. which is also why i cant view my reward points and this upsets me

They are doing a change over on systems and we recived an email a few weeks ago stating that some people would not be able to get acess to their accounts for a few days,(but would be able to charge things on it.) I called a few days ago when we got the statment to ask about our double points, but they said they were not listed because of this change over and would be next month.
