I've always wondered about this too. I figured it was probably of no relation to Ozzy, but where did the name come from for the lights?

I want to say the orriginal lights were donated by a family named Osborne from either Arkansas or Missouri. For some reason I am thinking Branson, but that is probably not correct. They were orriginally used on this family home/land and then donated to Disney either because the family did not want to do it anymore or it became too much of an issue for the local area where they lived. I could be wrong on all accounts, but they were donated by a family named Osborne.
