Orlando's Creative Village

Any thoughts on the new development that will replace what is now the home of the Orlando Magic (and a few other buildings)?

The concept looks cool and great for Downtown Orlando, but I wouldn't hold my breath. The economy is going to take some time to come around here, and there always seems to be this grand plan for making Downtown Orlando more than it is now, but I can't see people flocking there to live in this new creative village area just yet.
