based on the lack fo responses, I guess it's not used much :shrug:
We were looking into it so our DS4 wont need to ride in the hard plastic strollers at disney.

I am just now seeing this. I just used them, and could not be more pleased. I used it for a 10 month old, and had a stroller that reclined from them (I think that they all do). The stroller looked brand new, and was spotless, and it worked great getting on and off the buses...
Anyway, I saw a lot of people using them, and they were great. We picked up from one hotel and had them pick it back up at another hotel. I would highly recommend them. In fact, I have never seen so few Disney stollers being used, and I saw a lot of strollers from this company being rented. I would suggest you use them...

I've also used Magic Strollers and plan to do so again.
I found their prices to be the best when we used them and they were able to accomodate me even though my request was pretty last minute. We were checking in on a Sunday around 7am and I didn't know until the Thursday (i.e. 3 days before) before that I'd need it. I guess they dropped the stroller off for me the night before b/c it was there for me in bell services bright and early the next morning. The stroller was also in good condition and my girls were very comfortable.

Other than a delivery problem, this is a great service...I stayed at AK-Kidani and they delivered to Jambo, but the CM's at Bell service went over and got it for me, besides that my DD6 and I loved them. They also matched a price that I saw on another similar company's website but OSR has many excellent testimonials compared to them. As another member above said there were a lot of OSR strollers in DW, so we tied something to the stroller to make it more identifible in a stroller parking lot.
This year, if we need to get one, this will be the place we go...

I have used Kingdom Strollers. I found them to be an excellent choice and fair priced compared to other online shops. I have used them twice already and have two more rentals planned in the future.
