We actually talked about this a couple months ago but I have added a new store to the list and wanted to share them in a thread we could all find by title. I hope I am lucky enough to visit a couple of them on my next trip. (of course I don't know when that will be just yet  )

Hi,

We are going to Disney Tues-Thurs. :D I can't wait. We are staying at Old Keywest. I am planning on going to Mouse Memories before we check in on Tuesday. I haven't been to that store yet and am so excited! :sohappy:

We're back and had a wonderful time. :sohappy: The crowds were very low and we walked on all attractions. We even ate at Boma last night without a reservation and were seated within 5 seconds for a party of 6.

We did go to Mouse Memories, thanks hubby! :) He's such a good sport. He said this is one of the best scrapbooking stores we have been to. I did manage to pick up some things. :D The store is located 11 miles from Disney, but it takes 20 minutes to get there down 192 with all the traffic and lights. It's a very busy road with many hotels, shops and attractions. I live in Florida and have never been down that road...now I know why. This was during a slow time of the year too.

I asked my husband if it was worth the drive or better to just order on the internet and pay shipping. I think I will just order off the internet from now on. It was nice to see the store once. There is really nothing special about the store. It's not disneyfied or anything like that. It's layed out nice and the staff are friendly. We were the only ones in the store. I found what I needed...ummm..wanted and we left after spending $25.00 on mostly paper. Many items were not marked with prices.

If you have any questions, please ask.

I'm glad you had fun NeNe!! We leave in 14 days!!! No mousememories for me though, we're relying on magical express this time.

Was there an unusually large disney section at mousememories?

Yes, there is a lot of Disney items. :) The most I have seen anywhere. It's mostly Disney, Sea World, Nickelodian, Travel, Sports and Faith. I bought paper for two page layouts of the princesses. My daughter is 7. In other stores I have only seen one of the two papers. I didn't know there were two papers. They also sell layouts that they have made in kits.

Check out their web site. I am also on their newsletter list for sales info etc.

Have a great trip!! It's the perfect time to go! Where are you staying?
