Ordered MNSSHP Tickets and They Haven't Arrived Yet!!!

I ordered tickets to the MNSSHP for 10/13 on 5/1 and they have yet to arrive. We called disney and they cant find our confirmation number, but they charged my debit card. Any idea on how I can fix this and get my tickets? My mom ordered the same day and got theirs a few days later.

Did you write down the confirmation number? Maybe you could contact Guest Services, explain the situation, and offer to let them see where they charged your financial institution.
