Orbitz reservation phone # to linking ?

I have the right reservation number from Orbitz...I think. But not sure what to put when it asks to provide the phone number provided when reserving. I tried mine without luck...any recommendations?

The hotel room. But I reserved it on Orbitz...so I am guessing it is an orbitz phone number they need?

The problem is that Orbitz and WDW reservation systems really don't mesh well. A better idea is to actually call WDW reservation and get the actual number to link.

We had experienced this on our last trip to WDW and staying at AoA.

Are you using the Orbitz confirmation number? Or the actual Disney reservation number that's found about 2/3 of the way down in the confirmation email? You need to use the Disney number.

Also, if you *just* booked it on Orbitz, wait 24-48 hours to try and link it in MDE.

Yikes...Disney tried to help, no luck. I am hoping its just because we added kids yesterday...

Just an update. It was a little scary, Disney had no idea about the reservation it took several calls, the situation got escalated with an Orbitz manager...finally got it resolved.
