Right now the running joke is that my brother is going to take me to Whispering Canyon Cafe and I will pound milkshakes before I go run in the F&W half marathon (its a 10:00 PM start). Sounds like a plan to me.

I was thinking about grabbing "The Kitchen Sink" from Beaches and Cream before the race. But something tells me it would be better to wait till after.
