opening celebrations

hi guys have any of you seen the opening celebrations at mk if so is it worth the extra time in getting there for opening time.also what time would you say you need to be there before the park opening to see them. in all the years we visited the park we have never seen them and as we are going back in 35 days we decided it should be a must be.

It's a little song and dance routine that takes place with the characters arriving on a train. If that is something you'd like to see then go for it.

It's been luck of the draw as to whether I have seen it or not. I usually get to the Transportation and Ticket Centre half an hour before opening. If they then let you board the transport then you have a reasonable chance of getting there in time. But sometimes they keep everyone waiting, by which time it will be too late to get there in time.

If you are on property and take a bus then you can get there in time. We have caught it a few times, other times we are already in park w/breakfast. Fun to see at least once. good luck
