I’ve always loved attractions that work with small spaces, as that always allows making the most out of what you got. It also means more. So I’ve come up currently with my favorite concept, a circular dark ride. Guests enter through the front of a circular building, pictured here in this crude mock-up. the center circle would be the load unload station for the trackless vehicle and various areas outside of the circle can be added. Also, an additional idea, there could be rides that simply take a straight track or a simple oval track and project onto it with vr or something.
