Online Reservation Help

Hi All,

Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it is an issue with the website. I have my trip booked online. When I look at the reservation, it allows me to pay towards it online. When I click the button, I have to enter a credit card each time. I have saved my Disney Visa to my profile but it does not link to it. Did I do something wrong, If I enter the info the payment goes through. Just makes no sense to save the card to your profile if it will not link to it when you want to make a payment,

Are you logging in to your MDE account first? I've been having weird problems booking ADRs on the website today, but managed to get them done using the iPhone app instead. It could just be the web site is messed up today or needs you logged in first.

I've never actually paid a resort reservation on-line, so I'm just guessing here...

Yes, I am logged in, if you are not logged in you cannot even see your reservations.

Perhaps an issue at Disney's end, rather than with you. Try logging in again today and see if the issue has resolved itself - otherwise try ringing them
