Have flight times, passport numbers and things like that ready. But if you're missing something or aren't sure, you can enter whatever you think and edit it at a later date.

The same info that is in the paper form of embarkation info in the booklet they sent you. You'll need all your ID information.. including passport info.. and reservation # obviously.
