Sound; the piano at grand Floridian

They used to have a piano player in the Brown Derby. There was this one guy who was just incredible. He'd take a theme, such as a Disney movie like Peter Pan, and make up a medley of the main songs. He would incorporate all types of jazz themes and unusual chords, especially during the song transitions. I've always wondered what happened to him - he was really amazing!

Sight - Magic Kingdom from across Seven Seas Lagoon from the ferry or Spaceship Earth at night on the monorail out for the entire trip (always a little sad...truly...)

Sound - The whistle of the steam engines approaching Main Street Station as the come around into the station (that reverb!)

Smell - The waters of Pirates of the Carribean, Living with the Land, and the Grand Fiesta Tour (El Rio de Tiempo)...

Taste - TWO. The Orange Beef at Yak & Yeti and of course...the Dole Whip Float...(honorable mention: Pollo A Las Rajas from the San Angel Inn @ Epcot, though overpriced and relatively small in portion...)

Wow, this is incredibly tough - especially for "sight" because there are so many.
But, here goes:

Sight: Cinderella's Castle. Because it personifies WDW.
Sound: Pirate's Life
Smell: Beach Club lobby, but since we are not staying in Beach Club this trip - I'll say the scents of Main Street.
Taste: Mickey Premium

Sound - Illuminations pre show music

I enjoy the current music, but what I really like is the original tracks that they played back in the early 2000's. Every once in a while, like on the 30th anniversary, they'll play these old tracks again - pure Disney magic!

The sight is, of course, the reveal of Cinderella's castle that almost always leaves me in tears!

The sound of grim grinning ghosts and Yo-Ho-Yo-Ho in the Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean respectively.

The smell from the popcorn cart on Main St. Usa.

The taste of a delicious funnel cake from Sleepy Hollow Refreshments!
