Im going to admit, there are only 2 shows that can do that to me and it was, Spectromagic, symphony in he stars and Illuminations and it looks like there's about to be another one. This is coming from a 6 foot 2 guy who will never let his girlfriend see hei face during those 2 shows and I have a feeling another show is on the way. After seeing these 2 videos I have a feeling this new Rivers of Light is going to destroy the audience.

The "Star Light Star Bright" part of Wishes never fails to get my eyes misty, especially when I am watching Wishes on my last night at WDW. You'd have to have a heart of stone to not have that affect you at least a little bit. That one verse always seems to make me completely forget about any negative parts of my WDW trip, and makes me not want to leave.

Without a doubt, it's Golden Dream. Not only do I tear up at Epcot when I hear it, I get emotional even thinking about it! Yesterday, in fact, I was driving out to western Nebraska for work, and just looking out the windows at the beautiful farmland made me instantly think of how great America is, and then that song popped into my head, and I had to stop myself before I got all emotional about it!!

I heard that was actually sung by a girl with cancer must have been related to something Make A Wish could do.

I wish they had the entire soundtrack to The American Adventure on CD. I have "Golden Dream" and three other tracks that were offered as part of a make your own CD back in the 1990's. But I want more! Not just the songs, but every bit of incidental music!

Illuminations gets me every time. I guess this is Disney related, "Rainbow Connection" makes me tear every time.
My niece sang it at a recent chorus concert and said "you're lucky you weren't there, we sang Rainbow Connection and you would've cried" LOL

Holding my DD during Wishes and knowing how much she loves it. That alone is worth the cost of a trip. Can't hold her up anymore, but still the same feeling.
