Hello..My wife and I will actually have an entire evening to ourself on this years trip. Our DD 18 will be keeping Our Ds 7 at the resort for an evening .

We made an adr at epcot but, now we are thinking about cancelling those and spening the night at Mk or Hs.

The last thought Was that we'd spend the night at Mk, Grab a Qs Meal somewhere and maybe head to the Bar at Ak for a Nightcap.

What would you do??

This is highly dependent on what type of people you are. I can say from our own experience that walking around WS and exploring the different countries at night is highly romantic and can be fun if you enjoy trying different foods and drinks from each of the pavilions. If you time it right DHS or MK might have an extra magic hours evening where you could go to one of those parks afterwards and go on some rides.

Personally I would stick with Epcot. Enjoy strolling from country to country and have a few drinks. Or even go to Jellyrolls at the Boardwalk

If thats not a romantic evening, I don't know what is.

My DW and I had some wonderful romantic dinners at Bistro de Paris. I’m not sure if Monsieur Paul’s is a replacement or not. I would have a snack at DTD, go to Cirque du Soleil and then go to yachtsman Steakhouse, Citrico’s or possibly the Hollywood Brown derby for a romantic meal.

Id either have a nice evening at Epcot
or
Have a nice dinner at Flying Fish or Yachtsman, then stroll the Boardwalk and check out Jellyrolls or the Atlantic Dance Hall. or do dinner early then catch the boat to HS or EP!
or
Have a nice dinner il Mulino, Shula's, or the Bluezoo (if your not on the dining plan) then go see La Nouba.
or
An early dinner at one of the monorail resorts then spend the rest of the evening at MK watching wishes together
or
Kick the kids out and make your own magic hehe...jk;)

Personally, MK would be the least romantic of the parks. BoG can be a nice meal for sure, but nothing compared to some of the other choices on property in terms of ambiance. If you want to be in a park, I'd definitely say Epcot, but several of the resorts have nice ambiance. Walking around GF or Poly with an umbrella drink, chilling by the AKL savannah campfire with some wine, etc.

Spend the entire evening at MK. Act like young carefree kids again and make it a magical time where you both laugh, giggle, ride the rides you want to, be attentive to each other like when you were first dating. Buy her something she's been looking at. Get your photo taken together in various places throughout the park. Share an ice cream on Main Street. Stay for the castle goodnight kiss.

DH and I will be having a date night on our upcoming trip. We are planning to spend time in Epcot and have a few drinks that we can't have with the family. I'm not a fan of Illuminations though (I know...the horror...), so we will probably leave and go to the Boardwalk? Or check out some resorts? Maybe hop to MK because I love it so much.

Romance depends so much on the people involved, but IMO Epcot is the most romantic park at night.

AK is, too, but it closes early and has no fireworks. I'd vote it most romantic for daytime, though. :)

Another vote for the WS. My DH and I have been several trips alone. You need some of that time just to enjoy each other and enjoy Disney. I think Epcot is more romantic and laid back than all the other parks. Lots of good food and drinks around WS.

all these are good...for our night alone (sister in law is watching our kids!) we were going to do dwn twn disney with a reservation at trex or rainforest, then stroll...but after these posts i may switch up to epcot....being in world showcase at night with dinner at teppan edo, via napoli etc sounds alot better!
