You seem to be holding firm to this statement, however it's one that can be quite easily debated. Walt holds the singular distinction of having the company named after him. Unless they change the name of the company, to the Walt Disney/Michael Eisner Company, I don't think you can say that Michael Eisner "has no less to do with Disney than Walt does". Also, Walt was one of the co-founders, which no one could ever claim about Eisner. Lastly, Walt himself is part of the Disney brand. If I experience an attraction that includes a film clip of Walt, I don't think to myself, "Gee, why are they including HIM in this film? He doesn't run the company anymore." But in another year or so (if not already), if I see Eisner in a clip, I'm going to think that.
