Once Upon a Toy Review

I went to Downtown Disney this weekend. We went into Once Upon a Toy. I saw the HM Clue, and WDW and DW monopoly, both very cool. The whole monorail setup table is cool, but the Polynesian hotel piece was knocked over, and no one moved it back, and the rollercoaster wasnt working. The store is very cool, and the only problem i have with is it is that there a tons of people in here with strollers and they insist on the right of way and always bump into you.

Well theres more people in it because its brand new. My family had to wait about 2 minutes to get out the door because there was a stream of people coming in the door and we could not get across to the other doors. Its not like that at WoD. Plus the store isnt very wide.

I think the hotels were $35. The monorail is $60, I found it in black at the store. The California Screamin is $60. I think Cinderella's Castle is $45. I also think that TTC is $45.

Oh yeah...one more thing...does anyone else find these things Cheaply made? I'll get them because I have to have my own monorail...I want one to go around my entire room...but they seem VERY cheaply made.

Oh yeah...I plan on shining purple and blue lights up at SE when my room lights are off. (and I also plan on lighting the interior of the Contemporary and Polynesian too)

Do the monorails have lights on them?

Your ideas sound really nice. Take pictures so we can see what it looks like when it is done.

I will but it won't be for a while because I have to wait for my parents to go down there and pick the stuff up for me...one more thing...does anyone know if you can buy stuff from WDW direct (without being down there...because I will probably under-estimate how much track I need)

They do have a merchandise line. Shipping is a fortune though (In my opinion).
