On your next WDW visit....what will you try that you never have before?

Our next vacation is but 11 days away (woo-hoo!).....and I was thinking about what attractions are there in the World that I've never before done that I'd consider checking out this time around (in some cases only to say I'd seen them).

Some of those things include: Enchanted Tiki Room, Liberty Square Riverboat, Finding Nemo - The Musical.

On the last trip, I'd seen a few other things that I'd never previously done, like Festival of the Lion King, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, and Beauty & The Beast Live.

Anything you plan to do on your next trip you've never done before (as far as seeing certain attractions, that is)?

Yep - ToT for me (the rest of the family loves it); Tiki Room (if I can talk the rest of the family into it!); the new Fantasyland rides; and several new restaurants (Kona Cafe for breakfast, Cape May and Cali Grill for dinner).

Actually my next trip will be different as i will have some days where I plan on not doing any attractions at all. I usually go to WDW every 2nd year and I already went this year but will be there for a conference next June.

I plan to do the conference in the day and take my camera in the evenings and just go off on my own, take my time and get some photos without going on any rides. That will be different for me but I'm actually really looking forward to it.

Lots of food firsts to cross off my list.

As far as attractions go, Flight of Wonder and Festival of the Lion King need to be crossed off the list. Oh,and I want to play mini golf!

Tower of terror. I never can bring myself to do it. But my DH is gonna make me next time. It's the only thing I haven't done.

A couple of firsts this trip...

Fantasmic
RnR (DD was too short last trip)
Riverboat ride in MK
Dining at California Grill

We had wanted to do HoopDeDoo for the first time but when we hit our 180 day window it was to be closed for renovations. Then I found out all too late that they either got cancelled or scaled down and it would be open during our trip, by that time no ressies were available. Another reason we will have to head back again:D

Dining: California Grill, 50's Prime Time Cafe, BOG, Gaston's Tavern, a character dining BESIDES Chef Mickey's

Attractions: Tiki Room, most EPCOT attractions, ToT, RnRC, Star Tours (at DHS, did DL), some others I'm probably forgetting :)

Shows: none that I know of, Nemo doesn't interest me.

One Little Spark...
First, a tour or two. The kid will finally be old enough to do a few of them (8). I've never done one.

Second, I am determined to get out to the Richard Petty Experience. We planned it our last trip, but we both got sick on those days, and decided not to try and squeeze it in with our remaining time.

Third, we are doing a cruise AND staying one night in a Deluxe resort (Contemporary). I stayed there as a kid on my first visit, but haven't been back since (to stay).

So, a lot of new things that will make next years trip different and special. That's part of what I love about WDW. There's so much to do that you can't hit it all on a single visit, even if you try!

We are trying MVMCP, Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks and Dessert Party, Candlelight Processional with the Garden Grill dinner, and we are contemplating adding one of the tours to our trip...staying at AKL :)

ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern and resort hopping to see the holiday decorations.

I will try the 16oz strip steak with fried apples at Be Our Guest, with a glass of Lasseter vineyards wine. ;)

At least I HOPE "pommes frites" is indeed fried apple, and not just an error of translation...."French Fries" is "pommes de terre frites". Look, if I want french fries, I'll go to Pecos Bill's or Electric Umbrella, okay?

EDIT -
Quick French Lesson:
"Pommes" = Apples
"Pommes De Terre" = "Apples of the Earth" = Potatoes
