It's really hard to believe a Disney World executive would give an exclusive interview to some with as low of a following as @AParkMind.And the tweet has disappeared!
Ive come up with 3 at the moment. I'm not very confident that they will get anything than an insincere response.
1. Disney has made some very bad missteps in the last few years that has been very costly for the parks and alienated many guests who are now spending their time and money on other venues. What are you planning to do to restore their views of Disney as a welcoming and affordable place to vacation. What can bring back the magic we see as now missing.
2. Disney is currently in the process of building new attractions and lands. Why does Disney insist on removing beloved attractions to make space for new builds instead of utilizing available property. Does Disney not care that guest are feeling grief and loss of those attractions they have enjoyed on past trips and look forward to doing on return visits?
3. Guest surveys are taken at the parks and at the return home from trips to Disney. Many guests report on Disney fan sites that they feel unheard and their comments are not taken seriously. How are these surveys handled by Disney and how can you assure us that our comments are heard. What has Disney done in the past in response to guests comments in changes to have made the Disney experience better.
To be blunt as well..... They are my questions that he solicited. Include some of you own if you think you can do better. Asking multiple questions.... well he could use only one if he chose to or more if he wishes. As far as attacking..... no I'm not. I'm asking direct questions that many posters here and on other Dis sites have asked many times before. It's really hard to believe a Disney World executive would give an exclusive interview to some with as low of a following as @AParkMind.
To be blunt: These are bad questions. They're opinionated to the point of almost attacking the interviewee, which will likely result in defensive responses or non-answers. Asking two questions at once is never a good idea.
And to seriously use the phrase "bring back the magic?" Come on now. Talk a human being.
They absolutely come off as attacks, just like most posts and Disney fan sites do when they use similar language. Unless your goal would be just to the guy off by ranting at him, your questions wouldn't accomplish anything. As far as attacking..... no I'm not. Disney "magic" is a marketing term, not something real. If you want to talk about areas of the guest experience you feel are lacking, be specific.Bring back the Magic? Well ask the thousands of guests who have abandoned Disney who complain that the "Magic " Disney once had has long been gone and is sorely missed.
I'm not interviewing Jeff Vahle, so no, I don't owe you anything. To be blunt as well..... They are my questions that he solicited. Include some of you own if you think you can do better.
