This looks great! It's like a mix of Big Thunder, Everest, and Rock n Roller coaster.

The animatronic bears look pretty cool too! I can't wait to ride this one someday!

Here's a (somewhat poor) daytime POV that gives you a better idea of the speed and intensity of the ride.

Looks cool, theming about on par with Big Thunder, and I love the breaking lift cable effect. Definitely not as intense as Expedition Everest, though.

Looks like a great non-traditional take on Frontierland and the whole area looks beautiful ... just adding to an amazingly beautiful little park that is getting better by the day.

The Mine Train coaster is a great hybrid of EE, BTMRR and RnRC with some AA bears added for story and effects.
Much better than simply another version of BTMRR,

What a cool ride. Vekoma did themselves proud with this one and the bears look like vintage Marc Davis gags.
Here's a picture of the layout courtesy of ScreamScape:

I love the layout on the coaster. From the videos I've seen, it seems a tad on the slow side at the outset (although I'd have to ride it to really tell how it feels), but I like the fact that the pace of the coaster builds over the course of the ride, with the fastest (and arguably most exciting) part being the last third -- the one initiated by the launch.

I also think it's great that the coaster is really integrated into the walkable parts of the land, providing plenty of great views of kinetic action from different angles. (Though when I first saw the layout posted a while back, my first thought was whether there was the potential problem of kids throwing things onto the coaster track from the overpasses...)

Finally, HKDL really needs to change its RR cars so that passengers sit facing forward and have views out of both sides of the car. The backward portion of the coaster runs right next to the RR, and RR passengers are currently missing out on some great views (happening behind their backs in the current configuration).
