I was going to ask the same thing! I thought it looked like Scuttle at first, but then realized the Little Mermaid was way after these pics. I agree with @meganwdw about the Rescuers.

The Rescuers is my all time favorite Disney movie. I would love to see them

That just brought back some happy memories from when I went as a little boy in 75 for the first time. Except the camera I had was one of those polaroid Black & whites that you took the picture and then waited for it to develop and then peeled the exposure film off it so you could view the picture. Nothing beats that time as a child except for the first time that I came back as a young man Married with my wife as adults. The Park was amazing back then, Amazing when we were first married and visiting as a newlyweds and I am now 50 and I am still in love with the same girl and WDW and love both that much more.
