Old Parkhopper Passes Still Good?

I have some old Parkhopper passes with 1 day left on each of them. I asked Disney if they would still work. I was told that I could trade them and get credit toward new passes. Has anyone run into this and did they work? Did you trade them in and get a fair value?

I was under the impression that a park hopper pass does not expire, therefore you should be able to gain admission to the parks without having to "upgrade" to a new ticket. Check the small print on the ticket.

We used our old ParkHoppers in February with no problem - in fact that way you don't have to put your fingers into that germy scan-thingie. Have fun!

Yes they are still good but it sounds like that is not a feature with the new ticket system.
With the new ticket system you must add the no expiration option to get this feature.

Their is a site i know that is "somewhat" like the magic... micechat.... But here first...

The parkhopper passes of yesteryear as long as they fit inside the machines still... are still good.... (and you wont have to get your finger's dimensions scanned just yet..)
