Old Key West toiletries

We will be staying at Old Key West for 5 nights in a two-bedroom villa. I realize that Mousekeeping only comes once during that time. Are you supplied with enough toiletries to get you through? Can you request more if you run out? Or do we need to bring some extra from home. First time staying at a DVC resort so still learning the ropes. Thanks!

If you mean the little soaps and shampoos, they do give you some to start. But the quantities are small. So either bring your own or you can buy some down at the General Store.

If you are a DVC member, mousekeeping comes in on the third/fourth day of your stay and replaces some items and changes sheets/towels.

if you are a cash-paying customer, they may do this on a daily basis.

I believe you can request more. I found that myself ran out after 3 days of use of soap/shampoo/conditioner. Though, I did take 2 showers a day, I like being clean! :lol:

You'll get about the same amount as someone would get for one night at a regular hotel (in each bathroom) plus one load's worth of tide and a small amount of washing up liquid. If you request more then they will charge you for it but I believe you should be able to buy some in the shop there. I don't think your stay qualifies for an additional service from mousekeeping so what's there when you arrive is all you'll get for free.

We received more shampoo, conditioner and bath soap on our trash and towel day, which I believe was after three nights, someone please correct me if I am wrong about that, but we were only there 5 nights and I know we did receive one trash and towel service.
