Old Key West Questions & Concerns

So, I have planned a trip and OKW 2 BR Villa was the only available time for our DVC points for our dates planned. At 21, I will be the youngest attending so I'm not very concerned with the proximity to parks since we're planning on Epcot and that's about it. It's an adults trip more for getting away and relaxing.

However, looking at a map, OKW seems EXTREMELY spread out. Also, is it located on a golf course? I did little to no research on the resort before booking and am now nervous about it. Golf course, not a problem, just a curiosity. Boyfriend loves golf, so if anything that's plus.

What I'm mostly worried about is:
Food (Is there not much around? Should we get groceries delivered?)
Pools (Is there a quiet pool? How "quiet" is this pool?)
Especially since I've noted at other resorts that the villas tend to be a little further from the rest of the property, this is where I'm concerned with the spread out lay of the land.

I'm sure I'll come up with more questions but I figred this was a good place to start.

OKW IS on a golf course, and the golf course views is one thing DH loves about it. You can sit on your porch/balcony and watch the golfers all day practically. There's a main pool area at the hospitality house, then 5 leisure/"quiet" pools around the resort. In our experiences, the quiet pools have been pretty quiet. The CS, Good's to Go, is probably the most limited CS at any resort in WDW. There aren't many offerings there. However, the TS restaurant, Olivia's, is a great one, and last time we were there, we walked into Olivia's twice without an ADR either time. Food was good, service good, and prices very reasonable-for Disney!

Staying in a 2 bedroom you will have a full kitchen and if you really want to cook while on vacation I would suggest Garden Groccers, the will deliver to the resort. Also your a short boat ride from Disney Springs which is actually a very nice ride and relaxing, there are more new places to eat for any type of eater and also you mentioned spending a lot of time at Epcot which probably has more places to eat than any other park
