I was lucky enough to get all my ADR's in place a few weeks ago and the process was well...painful! So i'm calling to make a change and they answered right away! YEAH! :sohappy: But then the CM didn't know if she needed to cancel and rebook a ressie or just change location. So she put me on hold b/c she couldn't figure it out. And hung up on me! :ROFLOL::ROFLOL:

So then I called back and "pressed 1" as I was supposed to and I got transferred to the old system CM and he scolded me, telling me that the other CM did not hang up on me, that she was trying to transfer me to the new system. I politely corrected him that I was fairly certain that when I heard that "thank you for a calling Disney dining, please stay on the line to take the survey, if not please hang up", that I was hung up on. He said oh...well maybe she did it by accident. And i said that of course it was by accident but i'm just trying to get back to the 'new' system. He said that we would transfer me - i thanked him and told him that I did press 1, both times - and she was in the New system before getting disconnected and I pressed 1 again and got to him. I then was transfered to Ken in the new system and he was FABULOUS!!! I confirmed all my ADR's and special requests and made a bfast ressie for Kona and canceled my Crystal Palace! :sohappy: All ends well!! :lol:

Just to let you know there have been some issues this weekend with hold music not playing correctly. You may get a few seconds of music but then nothing. It doesn't mean they hung up on you.

We all have accidentally hit the wrong button on the phone at least one time in our life. It might have been an honest accident. Also, technology can sometimes bite us on the backside, so that could have been the reason. If the CM did hang up on you, oh well, you called back and they took care of your reservations.

The bottom line, they helped you out, you got what you wanted, and you'll have fun.
