Ohana, The Poly and Grounds

I have established reservations at Ohana in late August with intent of watching MK fireworks either in restaurant or on the beach. With all the construction both inside and out, is the beach even an option? Should WDW turn it into character dining experience with Bob the Builder? Do I really want a construction dining experience?

Except for the Bob the Builder question - I don't think WDW owns the IP so I'm guessing that awesome idea won't ever be able to be a reality.

With all that being said. I LOVE Ohana and the whole dining experience there. Although I'm glad we changed our plans to stay at the Poly (for other reasons) I wouldn't NOT eat at Ohana's because of a little construction.

Because of your tongue and cheek remarks about Bob the Builder character dining experience, I've now got this image of Stitch in a constuction hat that I can't shake...I don't want any images of Stitch in my head but especially not one where he's dressed up as a construction worker...Now I'm picturing him as one of the village people...WHY am I thinking about the Village People...Y.M.C....aaaahhhhhhh....no no no...THANKS this is all your fault.
