a lot of water has gone under the bridge since then. so I guess I need to reintroduce myself.
songbird, single mom to two lovely teenage daughters, formerly referred to as my chickadees. currently residing on Long Island, NY. currently planning two, yes count 'em, two long weekends in WDW next spring.
let me let you in on a little "back story" about those trips.
my 17 year old dd, Jen, is a cheerleader. she made the JV team her freshman year (she's a senior now) and worked her way up to the varsity team and the competition team.they compete here on Long island, and every year they take a trip to Orlando for a competition freshman year the ocmpetition wa at Seaworld, sophomore year it was Universal Studios, and last year it was WDW. we're going back to WDW in mid March.
my 15 year old dd, Becca, is a sophomore on the school dance team. our team is NOT a kickline and they don't do "pom", but they OWN the jazz and hip hop categories in the Long Island school competition. they compete in WDW every year during the first week of march.
so I'll be going to WDW twice this March, but I won't be planning eithe trip.
interesting, huh?
