Good Morning Folks.Ah well it's typical bank holiday weather here today,rain,rain,and more rain.But as next Sunday is your " Mothers Day ". Where in the world would you mothers like to go to celebrate.? Now I see that Disney's Swan Resort has a special Sunday brunch at $35.99. The menu looks great ( check out today's food blog ) and also Mummy gets a complimentary mimosa.But where would you choose to celebrate this day..?

Thats awesome..Your a Mother,you've got a mother,and a granny..Me,well my mother past away over 30 years ago.So it's my DW I'd take with my DS.Anyway,Ive solved your problem..The three of you start at Brown Derby with starters.Crab spring rolls and the Cobb salad..Then it's off to the Yachtsman for steaks. Then off to Raglan Road for desserts like Dunbrodys Kiss.And a wee bit of Irish dancing to Finnish off a perfect day..

That is a grand a idea! My Nana is 94! It must be all that Scottish air she breathed her whole life She still makes brussel sprouts, for Christmas, the way you described on a previous post

Glad to see your Mom and Grandma would have an opinion. Both of mine would say, "Oh it doesn't matter, you decide." My Grandma would accept whatever I decided and enjoy it. My Mom would find something to complain about and I'd probably have to defend the waiter/waitress too. That said, I think I'd take them to either 50's Prime Time or Wilderness Canyon Cafe. It would be fun (for me) to watch their reactions.

You are too funny! That is so something I would do! My mom is the same a lot, very passive aggressive. Should be an interesting trip this summer with her

My Mom would say, "Oh don't bother, I'll cook" so I wouldn't have to worry about her. She doesn't eat out very much, unless it's Cracker Barrel.
My DH could take me to Le Cellier or Brown Derby so I could have the day off from cooking!!

My Mom would chose CRT, she has never been in 6 or 7 trips. My Nannie would probably enjoy Raglan Road because of the music or HOB for the same reason. My Nannie, at 82, is a rocking grandma. My mom tried to get CRT for her birthday dinner but to no avail.

My mom would choose good Latin American food and strong drinks. I think she'd probably opt for San Angel Inn, Bongos or Paradiso 37.

My Mom would just enjoy any Disney restaurant table service. When she goes w/ us, she really savors the moments there when we eat!

Since we aren't fussy I would love to have a Mothers Day meal anywhere just to be there . I would totally love even the most scorned of CS options. ABC...Yay! Electric Umbrella... bring it on! Turkey leg on a bench... yum! As it is it'll probably be the Green Mill brunch

Wow this is tough My first choice would be Le Cellier, then either Raglan Road or Narcoossee's

Well knowing my Mother it could be either a nice dinner at place with Seafood (Coral Reef or Flying Fish) or a Teppanyaki table (Benihana's or Teppan Edo) or something as simple as getting a great burger which is one of her favorite things on the planet.
