Offsite budget stay doing two days Disney one day universal (Advice?)

I am trying to keep cost down but I'd like to do 2 days @ Disney and 1 day @ Universal. Feb 19th - 23 . Thoughts on the best way to do this on a budget? I am hoping to stay at a hotel with a decent shuttle. I know this is kind of last minute. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Oh, awesome then how much are you planning to take for other expenses, food, etc? I am asking because I am planning a trip too.

I'm taking breakfast foods like fruit and granola,for lunch I figure if we share different items from some places known for larger servings $40 a day for lunch, I'm taking water bottles and snacks, So I figure another 30-35 for dinner. I figure roughly between 200-300 to feed us the whole trip but I'll let you know how it works out for me when we get back LOL

If you or anyone going with you are current military or veteran you could get discounted tickets. Groupon usually has deals for hotels in the area as well.
